Dear Ms. Hall,
We received your letter dated November 9, 2010 regarding the Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity (CPCN). You are correct that BLC Management, LLC dba Angles Communications Solutions is
not providing local telephone communications services at this time. According to you letter we have the
option to relinquish our CPCN voluntarily. You also indicated the revocation does not affect a company's
ability to perform its non-retail business activities. As you requested, we will voluntarily relinquish our
CPCN at this time. Once we start providing telephone communications services, we will request a new
CPCN.
Sincerely,
ThO~~nager
BLC Management LLC d/b/a Angles Communication Solutions
