BACKGROUND
On November 4, 2010, the Commission received four letters asking that the Applications
for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) be withdrawn. The four
companies referenced in the letters are: Bellrud (BEL- T -10-01); Lifeconnex (LIF - T -10-01);
ADT (AMD-I0-l) and Triarch (TRI-I0-0l). Please see the four letters attached.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the letters and recommends that the Applications be withdrawn and
the cases closed as requested.
