This Certificate authorizes BasicPhone to provide local residential and business dial tone on a prepaid basis within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved BasicPhone’s Certificate by Order No. 29067 issued July 3, 2002, and authorized BasicPhone to provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 29067 and Order No. 29091.
