CANCELLATION OF CERTIFICATE NO.479 IN CASE NO. ACS-T-O8.OI
FOR ACCESS POINT, INC.
BACKGROUND
On December 12,2019, the Commission received a letter asking that Access Poinl Inc.. a
North Carolina corporation, be allowed 1o cancel its Certificate No.479 issued in ACS-T-08-01.
Currently the Company is not operating in ldaho and has no customers. The Company further
requesls that existing certificates, price lists and/or tarifTs associaled with the Company be
cancellcd and/or wilhdrawn.
The Company will continue to operate its affiliate, GC Pivotal, LLC, that was issued
Certificate No. 530 in Case No. GCP-T- l9-01 . Currently GC Pivotal. l.L. does provide service
to Idaho customers and will continue doing so.
