COMPLIANCE FILING - REVISED TARIFFS
Rocky Mountain Power (RMP; Company) filed an Application with the Commission for
authority to increase revenues from electric service on June 8, 2007. Commission Staff and a
number of intervening parties participated in Case No. P AC-07-, and reached an accord prior
to the November 6 2007 technical hearing. The Company presented a Stipulation, signed by all
parties, to the Commission on the November 6 date. On December 28 , 2007, the Commission
issued Order No. 30482 approving the Stipulation, with the revised tariff schedules reflecting the
approved rates with an effective date of January 1 , 2008. RMP submitted as a Compliance Filing
the revised tariffs to the Commission on December 28, 2007, for Staff review before final
approval.
Staff has reviewed the revised tariffs to ensure that the new language reflects
Commission directives as stated in Order No. 30482. The amended language reflects changes to
retail rates, the Schedule 72A (Dispatchable Irrigation Load Control Credit Rider Program), and
agreements made with Monsanto and Agrium. Staff confirms that the new language reflects the
terms of the Stipulation approved by the Commission. Staff further evaluated the effective rates
to ensure that the revenue generated reflected the increase in revenue approved in the Stipulation.
Using the Company s Billing Determinants as submitted by Company witness Griffith (Exhibit
No. 35), Staff has confirmed that the rates included in the submitted tariffs result in a revenue
increase of 6.4%, and the increase in revenues is generated according to the terms of the
Stipulation.

COMMISSION DECISION
Based upon the Stipulation signed by all parties in the P AC-07-5 proceeding, and
approved by the Commission in Order No. 30482, RMP has submitted revised tariffs reflecting
the directives of the Commission. Staff has reviewed the tariffs and confirms that the new
language and rates comport with Commission Order No. 30482. Does the Commission wish to
accept the Company s revised tariffs as submitted on December 28 2007, with an effective date
of January 1 , 2008?
