RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF BELLEVUE
FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 07-
On December 21 , 2007, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City
of Bellevue to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City imposed a franchise
fee of three percent (3%) by Ordinance No. 2008-06. The Company submitted a copy of the
City of Bellevue ordinance with its application. The Company indicated that it would provide a
bill message to affected customers in the billing prior to the fee becoming effective. The
Company requested an effective date of January 21 2008.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this tariff advice for filing.
