RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF DONNELLY
FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 07-
On December 13, 2007, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City
of Donnelly to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City imposed a
franchise fee of one percent (1 %) by Ordinance No 183. The Company submitted a copy of the
City of Donnelly ordinance with its application. The Company indicated that it would provide a
bill message to affected customers in the billing prior to ,the fee becoming effective. The
Company requested an effective date of January 13 2008.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this tariff advice for filing.
