AVR-T-99-1 MINUTE ORDER On December 22, 1999, Arrival Communications, Inc. filed an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide only high-speed data, Internet, and other broadband applications. On March 16, 2000, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn. Pursuant to the Commission’s Procedural Rule 67, a party’s request to withdraw its pleading is effective on 14-days’ notice. This matter was presented to the Commission at its March 21, 2000 decision meeting. Consequently, Arrival’s Application for a CPCN is considered withdrawn and no further action is necessary.
