RE: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF ARRIVAL COMMUNICATIONS, INC. FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO PROVIDE LOCAL EXCHANGE SERVICES WIHIN THE STATE OF IDAHO. CASE NO. AVR-T-00-1.

On July 26, 2000, Arrival Communications, Inc. filed an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity with the Commission.
During Staff’s review of the matter it received a letter from consultant to Arrival Communications, Inc. This letter requests that the Company’s Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity be withdrawn because it has recently made changes to its business plan. The Company through its consultant also requests that the Commission cancel any tariffs that it has on file at its offices. Based on this request Staff recommends that this Certificate be withdrawn without prejudice and this case be closed.
