FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY ) ) ) )) CASE NO. AVR-T-00-1 ORDER NO. 28861 On July 26, 2000, Arrival Communications, Inc. filed an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity with the Commission. During Staff’s review of the matter it received a letter from a consultant to Arrival Communications, Inc. This letter requested that the Company’s Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity be withdrawn because it has recently made changes to its business plan. The Company through its consultant also requested that the Commission cancel any tariffs that it had on file at its offices. Based on this request Staff recommended that this Certificate be withdrawn without prejudice and this case be closed. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Arrival Communications, Inc.’s Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is closed without prejudice. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. AVR-T-00-1 may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code §§ 61626 and 62-619.
