Enclosed is a copy of the Answer the Idaho Commission filed in response to U S WESTs complaint in U.S. District Court regarding the arbitration agreement with AT&T. Essentially we are adopting the position that if there were any errors in the arbitration process, it must entirely be the fault of the arbitrator. You may have to pack your bags for Idaho once again.
