NOTICE OF HEARING ON MOTION TO COMPEL
On February 7, 1997, U S WEST Communications (U S WEST) filed a Motion to Compel Responses to U S WESTs First Production Request and Interrogatories to AT&T. The Commission will convene a hearing for oral argument and to consider U S WESTs Motion on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1997, AT 1:30 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONS HEARING ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, ID. For the convenience of the parties, the Commission is willing to conduct the hearing by telephone conference call if the parties so request.
