Communications ofthe Mountain States,Inc.’s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to
provide local telecommunications services in Idaho.
On September 14,2012,AT&T Communications of the Mountain States,Inc.notified
the Commission that it had merged with its parent company,AT&T Corp.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Second Amended Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity No.295 is issued to AT&T Corp.to provide local telecommunications
services within the State of Idaho.The Commission approved this name change to Certificate No.
295 by’Order No.32661,inCaseo.ATT-T-12-0l.
