On February 4, 2005 , the Commission issued a Notice of Prehearing Conference in
response to a request by Qwest Corporation that the Commission convene a prehearing
conference to consider altering the procedural schedule and to resolve discovery matters. On
February 9 , 2005 , the parties filed a written request with the Commission that the case be held in
abeyance "for a short time period.Accordingly, at the request of the parties, the prehearing
conference scheduled for February 18, 2005 , is cancelled.
