Re:AT&T Corp. et at v. Qwest Corporation-Case No. ATT-O4-
Dear Commissioners:
Recently the parties advised the Commission that they wished to pursue settlement
negotiations in an effort to resolve the referenced case and asked that the Commission hold the
matter in abeyance for a short time. The parties agreed to report to the Commission concerning
the progress of negotiations by today s date.
, ..
AT&T and Qwest are continuing their settlement dialogue and, although no conclusion
has be~n reCiched, the parties believe that progress is being made and that further effort toward
settlement is justified. The parties request, therefore, that the Commission continue to hold this
matter in abeyance for an additional two weeks. AT &T and Qwest will advise the Commission
of the status of their discussions on or before March 18, 2005.Oregon
