SUBJECT: APPLEWOOD COMMUNICATIONS, CASE NO. APL-T-09-01
In a Decision Memorandum dated June 11, 2009, the Commission Staff noted that
Applewood filed a wrtten protest to its FY 2010 regulatory assessment. As set out in the memo,
Applewood erroneously reported its total company gross revenue instead of its intrastate Idaho
operating revenue.
In response to the Decision Memorandum, the Commission found that Applewood
had misreported its Idaho intrastate operating revenue. The Commission granted Applewood' s
objection and decided to accept its recalculated assessment in the amount of $50 (based upon
intrastate operating revenues of$I,452). Accordingly, this case is considered closed.
