It is hereby certified that the present and future
Public Convenience and Necessity require and will require the
Albion Telephone Company, Incorporated , its successors and assigns
to own , hold , construct or otherwise acquire and to maintain and
operate a telephone system in , and supply telephone service to
the residents of the following described territory:
A line beginning at the point of intersection of the
west line of R.24Eo and the Idaho-Utah State boundary
line and running north 27~ miles more or less to the
W. corner of Section 18 , T.12S , R.24E; thence east
2 miles along the section line to the N.E. corner of
Section 17, T.12S , R.24E; thence north 3 miles along
the sect ion line to the NoW 0 corner of Section 33, To llS
R. 24E.; thence east 2\' mile s more or less along the
section line to the quarter section line of Section 35,
T. 11S 0, R. 24E; thence north 1~ miles more or less along
the said quarter section line to the quarter section
line of Section 23 , T .11S., R. 24E; thence east 1~ miles
more or less along the said quarter section line to the
west line of R. 25E; thence north 2~ miles more or less
along the said range line to the No W 0 corner of Section
7, T .11S; Ro 25E; thence east 2 miles along the Section
line to the No E. corner of Section 8 , T11S , R.25E;
thence north 1 mile along the section line to the N.
corner of Section 4 , T.11S., Ro 25E. on the north line
of T .11S.; thence east 3 miles along the said town-
ship line to the N.W. corner of Section 1 , T.11S.
R. 25E; thence north 4.8 miles more or less along the
section line ~o the south right-of-way fence of U. S~
Interstate Highway l5W; thence east 7 miles along the
said right-of~way fence to the west line of Ro 27E;
thence north 40 6 miles more or less along the sa
range line to the southern bank of Walcott Reservoir;
thence east and south along the south bank of Walcott
Reservoir to the east line of Section 21 , To 9S., R.28E
which is also the Cassia County boundary line; thence
South 2~ miles more or less along said section and
boundary line to the No W. corner of Section 3 , T .10S. ,
R. 28E; thence east 9 miles along the section and Cassia
County boundary line to the No E. corner of Cassia County
and Section 1 , T .10S., R. 29E; th enc e south 41 miles
along the east boundary of Cassia County to the S.E. corner
of Cassia County which is the So E. corner of Section '25,
, T .168., R. 29E. ,and the Idaho-Utah State boundary line;, thence west 36 miles along the Idaho-Utah boundary line
to the point of beginn

and for such purposes to hold , construct or otherwise acquire and
to maintain and operate in said territory a telephone system to
exercise all rights and privileges which have been granted to said
Albion Telephone Company, Incorporated , or which may hereafter be
granted to said Albion Telephone Company, Incorporated , its succes-
sors and assigns by any franchise or permit conferred or which may
be hereafter conferred upon said Albion Te lephone Company,
Incorporated , by the county of Cassia , any municipality of the state
of Idaho or by any political subdivision thereof.
This Certificate is predicated upon and issued pursuant
to the order of this Commission , the same being Order No. 7289 in
the above entitled matter made and entered on this 30th day of March
1964 to which said order reference is hereby made.

Commission at Boise , Idaho.
