On July 30, 2007, Qwest's local counsel filed a Motion for the Limited Admission of
an out-of-state attorney in the above reference case. In accordance with the Commission
procedural Rule 43, local counsel moves for the limited admission of Peter S. Spivack to appear
on behalf of Qwest in the AT&T complaint case. A copy of the Motion and the fee has been
provided to the State Bar.
No objections to the Motion were filed.
