Network descnption: Over the past severa year ATC ha ben instaling equipment and engineenng projects with the sole purose in mid to make available to our customers broadband connectivity. We continue to deploy fiber in the loop, intal Digita Loop Carer systems with 12,OOO-foot loops and are developin a fibe backbone tht will have the abilty to hadle huge amounts of data. In 2009 ATC added 19 miles of copper and duct and 21 miles of fiber cale and duct. ATC is curntly using Fujitsu fiber termnas for our backhul and several brads of Digita Loop Carers includig AFC, Telstrat, SRS, Adtr and Calix. Tramission Rate: From 256kb to 6Mb Number and Percentage of Idao cusomers sered: ATC added 162 new customers ths year bnnging the tota to 1827 with at lea one of the above-mentioned servces. The availabilty of these servces to ATC's tota customer bas has remaied at 99% in the past year.
