AII-OS- ORDER NO. 32000 On June 1 2010, All Idaho Internet & Telephone, Inc. requested that its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 447 issued by the Commission on July 19 , 2005 be withdrawn. All Idaho stated it is no longer doing business as "a phone company" and is only providing dial-up and webhosting services in Idaho. In its Decision Meeting on June 7, 2010, the Commission approved All Idaho s request for cancellation of Certificate No. 447. COMMISSION FINDINGS In May 2005 , All Idaho LLC dba mc Communications, Inc. filed an Application with the Commission requesting authority to provide telecommunications services within the State ofldaho and in July 2005 , the Commission granted All Idaho s Application for a CPCN. Order No. 29828. On June 1 , 2010, All Idaho Internet & Telephone, Inc. requested cancellation Certificate No. 447 and stated that it will not provide local exchange services within Idaho. Accordingly, no customers will be affected by cancellation of All Idaho s Certificate. Staff recommended the Commission cancel Certificate No. 447 and remove the Company s price list or tariff on file. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that All Idaho Internet & Telephone, Inc.s request for cancellation of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 447 is granted. Certificate No. 447 is no longer in effect, and All Idaho is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State ofIdaho. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for ORDER NO. 32000 reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~ ~ 61-619 and 61-626.
