RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF DIETRICH
FRANCHISE FEE. TARIFF ADVICE 07-05.
On August 2007 , Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City of
Dietrich to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City imposed a franchise fee
of one percent (1 %) by Ordinance No. 2007-1. The Company submitted a copy of the City of
Dietrich Ordinance with its Application. The Company indicated that it would provide a bill
message to affected customers in the billing prior to the fee becoming effective. The Company
requested an effective date of September 18, 2007.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Commission accept this Tariff Advice for filing.
