ORDER NO. 29388
On November 13 , 2003, the Commission received a letter from Adelphia Business
Solutions Operations, Inc. (ABSO) requesting to withdraw Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 369 issued to it in January 2000. Case No. GNR-99-, Order No. 28227. ABSO
indicated that it has no customers and no plans to operate in the State of Idaho. At the Decision
Meeting on December 1 , 2003, Staff recommended to the Commission that ABSO's request be
granted and ABSO's Certificate be withdrawn without prejudice. This Order approves Adelphia
Business Solutions Operations, Inc.s request to withdraw its CPCN.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Adelphia Business Solutions Operations, Inc.' s request
to withdraw Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 369 is approved, and thus
Certificate No. 369 is withdrawn without prejudice and is no longer in effect.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory
Orders previously issued in this Case No. ABS- T -03-1 may petition for reconsideration within
twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order
or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. ABS- T -03-1. Within seven (7) days
after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~~ 61-619 and 61-626.
