RE: Order No. 30624 - Petition of Reconsideration
Dear Jean & Commission,
I would like to thank the Commission for hearing our formal
complaint. We are obviously disappointed with the Commission
decision to dismiss our complaint. I am filing this formal
Petition for Reconsideration in my capacity as President of
McKay Construction.
In response to the decision, it does not appear the Commission
addressed the letter from UWI dated August 22, 2005 (attached)
that states ~When you are able to meet the required insurance
coverage minimums you will be allowed to perform work on United
Water Idaho proj ects." We strongly feel that they are not
honoring their stated position of placing us back on the
approved contractors list at this time. Because of this refusal,
it is adversely affecting us to operate in a competitive market
place.
I would like you to reconsider your decision by ordering United
Water to place us on their list of approved contractors

necesary to be an approved -Unite Water Contrctor. .
