IDAHO RIVERS UNITED'S REPLY ON PETITION TO INTERVENE
Idaho Rivers United ("IRU") timely sought intervention in the above-captioned
matter. United Water Idaho ("UWI") did not object to IRU's intervention, but stated:
United infers that IRU is interested in the Company s conservation practices and
policies. If granted, IRU's petition should be restricted to that issue.UWI Response to
Intervention Petitions at 3.
IRU does not object to limited intervention, but believes UWI's suggestion is too
narrow. IRU intends to participate in this proceeding in regard UWI's rate design
proposals as well as the Company s conservation practices and policies, including its
funding and execution of conservation programs.
