Box 444 Muray, ID 83874 iaw NDV 15 Ali B: 40 November 10,2010 Resident/Customer PETITION FOR RECONSIDERATION IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION ) OF MURRY WATER WORK SYSTEMS) CASE NO. MU-W-io-0l FOR TH AUTHORIY TO INCREASE ITS ) RATES AND CHARGES FOR WATER ) ORDER NO. 32105SERVICE ) On November 2,2010, an order was set, that the Muray Water Works was granted its application for an increase in rates and chages. The due diligence of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission staff on ths matter has been thorough and appreciated. Having fully reviewed all documentation available on ths matter, I request that an immediate postpnement and subsequent reversal of this ORDER NO. 3210 be granted. Idaho Public Utilities Commission Staff findings and records show that Mr. Arlen Lish known as Muray Water Works, is not in compliance with the rues of IDAPSA31.21.01 and should be subject to fines and penaties. It is furher noted that Mr. Arlen Lish has demonstrated a reluctace to comply with the rules. Integrty, reliabilty and quality of service should be at the forefront of all public utilities. Muray Water Works, according to IPUC Staff, has been found to exaggerate numbers, services, labor and complaints. The co-mingling of records and accounts of a public utility with other business and personal ventues is not an acceptble business practice. This should be grounds for denial of a rate increase. Being compliant with all Federal, State and County laws, regulations, orders and licenses, pertaining to public utilities, should be mandatory before any consideration should be given to a rate and fee increase. Raising rates on individuas that are on fixed incomes in an infationar time, in an economically depressed county, is not without personal complications. The existing rates are prudent and reasonable based on the servce and pedormance of Mr. Arlen Ush. Respectfully submittd this i~. day of November, 2010.~t~ ie Fitch (by Michelle Cresswell, tenant)
