Comes now Intervenor Gerald J. Corvino and respectfuly requests tht the Commission dismiss the
proceedings on reconsideration in this matter. Ths request is being made due to a settlement
between Mayfield Springs Water Company and the intervenor.
In support of Motion for a Dismissal Intervenor waives the right to have his Petition for
Reconsideration heard and decided with the statutory time limits set fort in Idaho Code § 61-626.
