PETITION TO INTERVENE
COMES NOW United Water Idaho Inc., (United) and petitions the Commission for an
Order granting intervention in the above matter and in support thereof, respectfully shows as
follows, to wit:
United is a public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission whose business
address is 4248 West Victory Road, Boise, Idaho.
II.
United has a direct and substantial interest in the proceeding because it provides water
service in the general vicinity of the potential customers affected by the Application herein.
United's interest is more fully set forth in its Reply Comments dated July 14, 2004, which are
hereby incorporated by reference.
III.
United requests that all pleadings, orders and notices filed in this matter be served on
