FOR APPROVAL OF A WATER MAIN INSTALLATION AGREEMENT; CASE NO. VEO-W-23-01. On May 17, 2023, Veolia Water Idaho, Inc. (“Company”), filed an application (“Application”) with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) requesting approval of a Water Main Installation Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Company and Ada County (the “County”). The Company requests that the Commission process the Application through modified procedure. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure establishing a July 20, 2023, initial comment deadline, and an August 3, 2023, Company reply comment deadline.
