Comment: "I have been watching the water level slowly decrease in my well over the past few years.
Last year I was down to only three feet of water remaining in the well and tried to get a driller out to drill
a new well. I was on three different drillers lists but the best hope was this coming September. Many of
my neighbors have completely run out of water and have to make arrangements with neighbors to use
their water or use ditch water inside the house. This is not a very safe proc�ce.
I measured the water in April and had seven feet of water. When I measured it in May I was down to six
feet. If this goes like last summer the well will probably be dry before the end of the summer.
Anything you can do to quickly approve this proposal would be beneficial to a lot of people whose wells
are going dry or about to go dry.
