Comment: "Absolutely outrageous rate increase they are asking. Existing customers should not be required to foot the bill for extending infrastructure to new development. There is no
way that maintenance of existing structure requires that amount. A monopoly on a natural should have an absolute limit to amount of increase, and this is way beyond what it should be.
Out-of-state ownership, especially out-of-country ownership of limited and essential state resources should actually be illegal."
