Comment: "In my opinion the proposed 24% rate increase is just greed. Any rate increases when necessary should be linked to CPI increase for those on fixed incomes not triple the
increase. If improvements are needed because of growth that should be covered by impact fees from the builders not current residents. Say no to the proposed increase."
