Comment: "Hello, I am very concerned about the proposed request for rate increases. Myirrigation system is plumbed to the city water with no irrigation supply available on my street.
Irrigation is available in the neighborhood. If this proposition passes my bill will increase by18 percent from $254.01 to $300.54 with the same 103 CCF usage. I am using a smart meter
for the sprinklers with a redundant master valve and applying Zamzows huma green 3x asummer to help mitigate the water consumption. I own 0.29 acres with roughly half covered
with grass. I will be forced to get rid of some of my lawn and my future children will not beable to enjoy it. I'm paying a majority of the bill for irrigation water, if public irrigation water
is not available, I simply refuse to pay for drinking water improvements that impact 4 percentof my water usage. Don't approve this request or make irrigation water more readily available
to property owners. This feels like Veolia purchased Suez with the intention to jack up ratesfor revenue on a limited resource in Idaho. Make sure they provide sufficient evidence of
drinking water improvements, rather than calling standard operations "improvements". "

Comment: "A 24.1% rate increase is outrageous. By the company's own admission on the
friendly little notification card that they sent that this increase is little more than prying moremoney out of Idahoan's pockets. This increase should be scaled back tremendously if not
denied outright."

Comment: "1. Veolia claims to be "Your local water company." This is not true. They are a
nationwide private for-profit company looking to increase that profit. 2. They did not invest "$70 million" in our local water systems. They recently purchased SUEZ and it is possible that
SUEZ may have invested an unspecified amount in our local water systems over the last years. 3. A 24% increase is an obscene money grab during a time of 9% annual inflation. That is
more than double the current rate of already difficult inflation. 4. I remember the literature they sent to my home at the time of the merger promising that the merger would not result in
rate increases. This rate increase is a rate increase, contrary to their own promises. "

Comment: "I would like to submit a comment opposing the rate increase proposed by Veolia
water corporation. Given the current economy an average increase for residential customers of 24% is too much. Additionally, I think that existing water customers are subsidizing growth
and expansion, which should be paying their own way. Moreover, the agreement Suez (now Veolia) struck to acquire Eagle Water Corporation was very unfair to existing customers as
they will subsidize the acquisition and improvements to that water system over a period of 5 years, when those customers in that area should have picked up the bill for their infrastructure
improvement needs. This proposed rate adds insult to injury for consumers already feeling the pain of double-digit inflation and only exacerbates the issue by adding to people's monthly
expenses. Please either deny this rate increase."

Comment: "Under no circumstances should the PUC grant the increase requested by Veolia. This increase is nearly three times the current rate of inflation and far above the rate of any
wage increases. While I am certain Veolia’s cost have increased, the requested increase of 24% is nothing less than an attempt to gouge the consumer. Please do not approve this
increase! Thank you for your consideration."

Comment: "I've already stated my concern about the new foreign company controlling our water in
the treasure valley; Boise area. Now we get a fancy post card from them today stating they will be
raising rates up to .75 cents a day per residential account; that is almost $30 mor a month per
resident account - this will cause an uproar from the residents. They have done nothing to justify
this, except buying new trucks and uniforms and buying out SUIEZ - I will not pay for it nor will 95 %
of the residents of Boise - this is an outrage!!!- better do something about it "

Comment: "I concurrence of earlier comments, I too find it unacceptable that Veolia Water is requesting another rate increase for a necessary utility. It is unacceptable that our water utility
is neither public nor locally owned. I would ask PUC to review the increase and deduct any overruns and expenses going to Veolia as profit, excessive leadership pay and shareholder
gains."

Comment: "Two years ago, it was seen as outrageous when Suez asked for a 22% increase. Now Veolia is seeking a 24.1% increase. This rate request for an additional $12.1 million per
year is even more outrageous. The rate request must be studied very, very closely as this impacts all users in a negative and serious manner. A basic necessity and requirement like
water should not be priced as if it was a commodity or discretionary option that could be done without. I sincerely hope the PUC will enforce a more middle ground and reasonable rate
increase and not allow the Veolia proposal as submitted. "

on fixed incomes... "

Comment: "This rate increase needs to be rejected on the basis that it is abusive and a flagrant shift of cost to the imbedded water user base. the cost to include Eagle needs to be omitted as
it is unfair to existing rate payers. This is a business decision made by Veolia to acquire Eagle and as such the cost should be spread over the Eagle users. I see no listing of current be nifits
to the existing rate payers from the last rate increase. "

Comment: "Veolia is a multi-national corporation that is making billions of dollars in profit
*FOR ITS SHAREHOLDERS* and maintaining and upgrading their water delivery systems should be part of the cost of their doing business, not price-gouging users that have no choice
but to use their commodity. This is an outrageous price increase that ultimately goes to pay higher dividends to their stockholders. I already pay $22.96 bi-monthly just for the "privilege"
of being a customer, not including city franchise fee of $1.38, safe drinking water fee of $.50, and then whatever metered amount of water at multiple price/usage tiers. Isn't safe drinking
water the whole point of having a water utility? Do not approve this rate increase, it is nothing but corporate greed. "
