COMES NOW the Staff of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Staff”),
represented by Deputy Attorney General Chris Burdin, and provides notice to the parties that Staff
member Jolene Bossard, whose Direct Testimony was filed on February 15, 2023, cannot attend
the Technical Hearing scheduled to begin on April 4, 2023. Staff provides notice to the parties that
Christopher McEwan, Program Manager for Compliance, Consumer Assistance, and
Telecommunication, will sponsor Ms. Bossard’s Direct Testimony at the technical hearing and
will be available for the parties to cross-examine.
