NOTICE OF SCHEDULE
ORDER NO. 35628
On September 30, 2022, Veolia Water Idaho, Inc. (“Company”) filed an Application with
the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) requesting authorization to raise the rates
it charges for water service. The Company requests an October 31, 2022, effective date.
On October 20, 2022, the Commission issued a Notice of Application, Notice of
Suspension of Proposed Effective Date, and Notice of Intervention Deadline. Order No. 35569.
Subsequently, the Commission granted intervention to Ada County; Sharon Ullman, pro se;
Micron Technology, Inc.; and City of Boise City. Order Nos. 35589 and 35604.
Order No. 35569 directed Commission Staff (“Staff”) to confer with the parties concerning
scheduling after the intervention deadline passed. On November 30, 2022, Staff provided the
Company and all Intervenors with a proposed schedule for filing written testimony. Staff proposed:
• February 15, 2023, Staff and Intervenor written testimony.
• March 8, 2023, Company Rebuttal written testimony.
The Company and all Intervenors found Staff’s proposed schedule acceptable. The
Commission considered Staff’s recommendation and proposed schedule at its December 13, 2022,
decision meeting. With this Order, the Commission approves the following schedule for written
testimony.
NOTICE OF SCHEDULING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, based on discussion and agreement between the
parties, the Commission approves the following procedural schedule:
Staff/Intervenor Prefile Testimony for parties February 15, 2023
Company Rebuttal Testimony March 8, 2023

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits in this matter must
comport with the requirements of Commission Rules of Procedure 231 and 267. IDAPA
31.01.01.231 and .267.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the procedural schedule set forth above is approved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that parties comply with Order No. 35375, issued April 21,
2022. Generally, all pleadings should be filed with the Commission electronically and will be
deemed timely filed when received by the Commission Secretary. Rule 14.02. Service between
parties should continue to be accomplished electronically when possible. However, voluminous
discovery-related documents may be filed and served on CD-ROM or a USB flash drive.
