NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF WITNESS
AND FILING OF SUPPLEMENTAL
DIRECT TESTIMONY
Please take notice that Matthew Kahn, who submitted testimony on behalf of Veolia
Water Idaho, Inc. (“Veolia” or “Company”) in this proceeding, has taken a position with another
company and will no longer be with the Company. Anupa Jacob, who now serves as the Vice
President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for the Utility Division of Veolia North
America, will substitute for Mr. Kahn as a witness for the Company.
Ms. Jacob’s supplemental direct testimony is filed contemporaneously with this Notice.
Apart from changes to the introduction and background, Ms. Jacob’s direct testimony adopts Mr.
Kahn’s testimony without substantive change; the only changes are to the introductory section to
explain the events leading up to this substitution of witnesses.

Mr. Kahn did not sponsor responses to any production requests. No party directed any
testimony to Mr. Kahn’s direct testimony, and Mr. Kahn did not file rebuttal testimony.
To the extent leave from the Commission is required, Veolia respectfully requests that
leave be granted to substitute Ms. Jacob for Mr. Kahn as a witness, and to accept Ms. Jacob’s
direct testimony as a substitute for Mr. Kahn’s previously filed direct testimony.
