NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION

Attached is a copy of a Notice of Withdrawal of Application in Case No. UWIW99-2 filed with the Commission by the joint applicants, United Water Idaho Inc. and Barber Water Corporation on June 16, 1999. The Notice is filed pursuant to Rule 67 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure. The joint applicants request that the previously scheduled June 23, 1999, public comment hearing be vacated.
Commission Decision
As defined in Rule 61 a pleading is an application. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, a withdrawal of pleading pursuant to Rule 67 is effective fourteen (14) days after filing. Does the Commission desire to issue an Order acknowledging receipt of the Notice of Withdrawal of Pleadings and closing the case? Does the Commission wish to also issue an Order vacating the June 23 hearing in this matter?
