On April 12, 2007 , the Commission issued Order No. 30297 directing the parties to
develop a schedule to process this complaint case. More specifically, the Order directed the
parties to participate in a telephonic scheduling conference with the Staff Attorney "for the
purpose of developing a schedule to process this case.Order No. 30297 at 2. The parties
convened their scheduling conference on May 2, 2007. They propose the following schedule:

DECISION MEMORANDUM
Pursuant to procedural Rules 44 and 61 , the parties propose that service between the
parties be by electronic mail. They also propose the number of testimony/pleading and
discovery copies served upon the Commission be reduced to a testimony/pleading original and
five (5) copies and just one copy of discovery. IDAPA 31.01.01.044 and 061.03.
