Pursuant to prior letter notice an initial settlement conference in Case No. UWI-W-96-3 was held at the Commission’s offices on September 18, 1996.  The attending parties were United Water, Commission Staff and Sharon Ullman.  No settlement was reached.  Pursuant to discussion, United Water will go forward with filing its rebuttal testimony which is due September 23, 1996.  A second settlement conference of the parties was by letter notice scheduled for September 26, 1996.  Because United Water’s attorney must now be out of town on September 26, the conference is rescheduled for WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 1996, AT 2:00 P.M. AT THE COMMISSION’S OFFICES, 472 WEST WASHINGTON, BOISE, IDAHO. Staff looks forward to your participation and attendance.  Please contact me if I can provide any further information.
