Per your request of August 11, 1997, please find copy of letter from Mary Ann Hartzfeld objecting to United Water’s Application in Case No. UWI-W-96-2.  A review of Commission investigatory records disclosed that this letter should have been filed in the case docket rather than the investigative records of the Consumer Division which are generally exempt from disclosure under Idaho Code §§ 9-337(4), (5), 9-340(22) and Commission Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.026.  You are advised that no other correspondence in the Commission’s investigative records exists regarding M&M Mountain View Water Company.
