for its careful coaside-ation of out Application and fot the issuance of Order No. 33390.
Although it may be a formalig, we thought you might like to have fot yout fiIe an indication that the
City of Boise and United !?atet have accepted the terms of Ordet No. 3339O and will commerrce
implementing the Agteement fot Replacement and Opetation of Fire Hydmnts according to its
tems. You may take &is letter as that indication.
A small note: Section 6 of the Agteement contemplated that it would be incorporated iato a re-
negotiated franchise agreement. As the sequence of events uofolded, that became impracticable, so
the parties ate amendirg the Agteement such ttrat itwill remain a stand-alone Agteement.
