Hill Road should pay for that upgrade,not those of us who do not use it.They dont pay my
HOA dues,why should I pay for their utility upgrade.It is time for Idaho to force growth
to pay for infrastructure upgrades,etc,not those of us that have paid into this for years.

Comment:It is NOT my fault that this company decided to spend $39 Million in the past two
years!!Therefore my family and I should not have to pay more money!!This is absurd!So
every time some idiot big wig goes over budget or feels like making excuses for the way they
spend the monies we all ALREADY pay them we have to pay more?!Didn’t you already get a rate
increase just TWO years ago?!So when does it stop MR.WYATT?Is your pay going up?It had
better not be!!All that money spent and just this year all the water in my house smells like
chlorine all the sudden!Was that where some of my money went?To make things worse?How
about you take what we already do and have paid you and fix what is already broken before you
ask for yet ANOTHER hand out!!

rate increase of 13.2%is greater than the rate of inflation (5%over the same time)which
points to bad money management which we should NOT reward.Wages have surely not increased
13.2%for the average Boise citizen.I suggest they save their desired $5,881,308 by NOT
sending endless solicitations for “leak guard insurance”.

Comment:When wages have not increased &housing values/equity have dropped &jobs are all
technically trained,how do you propose us low incomed many in Idaho pull another $50 a year
from..?I think $5 million,eight hundred &eighty one thousand and three hundred and eight
dollars is an insane instant profit margin,&in reality being proposed every year after (not
temporary)!Seriously?!Keep business a sustainable yet REASONABLE increase on those who pay.
Go back to the drawing board.Who gets a 13.2%increase anywhere right now,unless your the
cancer treatment center in the US &seeing exponentially more clients.Thus,absolutely
opposed to this increase.If other businesss want to increase profits they do more business
ie more clients.They don’t start charging more.A monopoly clearly thinks different when it
comes to profits,that is for sure!In other words,in this market other businesses woyld not
think of raising rates if they are competing in the market.
