Comment:My comment is in opposition to the requested 13.2%rate increase.I do not wish to
raise my bill any more.Their letter leads one to believe they have overextended themselves.
That does not merit a rate increase.In addition I have read in the past where the higher
summer rates were not about water but solely for reducing water usage.How about they use
some of that stolen money to cover their costs.In the bench area many homeowners already
dont water in the summer.Hate to see the effect of 13%increase would do.
