On August 21,2015,United Water Idaho Inc.caused to be filed with the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission (Commission)a Motion for the Limited Admission of Walton F.Hill,Esq.
in Case No.UWI-W-15-01 (reference Idaho Bar Commission Rule 227;IPUC Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.03).The local Idaho counsel filing the Motion is Dean J.Miller,McDevitt
&Miller LLP,420 West Bannock Street,Boise,Idaho 83702.
Walton F.Hill certifies that he is an active member in good standing with the Bar of
the State of Pennsylvania.Mr.Hill further certifies that he is not a resident of the State of Idaho
licensed to practice in Idaho and that he was admitted under IBCR 227.
Both Mr.Hill and local counsel.Mr.Miller,certify that a copy of the Motion,
accompanied by a $325 fee,has been provided to the Idaho State Bar.Mr.Miller acknowledges
that as local counsel,his attendance shall be required at all proceedings before the Commission
in which Mr.Hill appears,unless specifically excused by the Commission.
COMMISSION FINDINGS
The Commission has reviewed and considered the Motion for Limited Admission
filed in Case No.UWI-W-15-01 and the related practice rules and Rules of Procedure,i.e.,Idaho
Bar Commission Rule 227 (Limited Admission —Pro Hac Vice)and Commission Rules of
Procedure 19 and 43.03.IDAPA 31.01.01.019 and 043.03.
Based on the filings of record and certified representations of Mr.Miller and Mr.Hill,
we find that reasonable grounds have been demonstrated to justify the granting of limited
admission of Mr.Hill as legal counsel for United Water in Case No.UWI-W-15-01.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Commission has jurisdiction in Case No.UWI-W-15-01 and the 1\’iotion for
Limited Admission filed by Dean J.Miller,local counsel,and Walton F.Hill,applying counsel,
pursuant to Idaho Code,Title 61,and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure,3 1.01.01.000 et seq.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and Walton F.Hill is hereby granted limited admission
in Case No.UWI-W-15-O1 as legal counsel for the applicant,United Water Idaho Inc.
