On May 21,2015.United Water Idaho Inc.filed an Application requesting a general
rate increase.The Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention.Order
No.33316.Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (CAPAI)timely petitioned to
intervene,which the Commission granted.Order No.33334.The Commission established a
procedural schedule with the following deadlines:
October 9.2015 Staff and Intervenor Testimony
November 6,2015 Company Rebuttal Testimony
November 19,2015 Technical Hearing
Order No.33344.
On October 1,2015,United Water filed a Notice of Proposed Settlement and Motion
to Amend Procedural Schedule on behalf of the parties.In its Motion,United Water indicated
the parties agreed “that the October 9,2015 date for Staff and Intervenor testimony may he
vacated;that November 6,201 5 may be set as the date for filing testimony with respect to the
Settlement Stipulation and that November 19,2015 may be set as the date for hearing to consider
the Settlement Stipulation.”Motion at 2.
In light of the parties’tentative settlement.the Commission finds it reasonable to
vacate the October 9 deadline and amend the remaining schedule.The Commission understands
that a written Settlement Stipulation is forthcoming.Once the Settlement Stipulation has been
filed,the Commission will issue a Notice of Settlement;Notice of Modified Procedure with
deadlines for the parties’supporting testimony (November 6)and public comments;and Notice
of Public Customer Hearing (evening of November 19).

ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that United Water’s Motion to Amend Procedural
Schedule is granted.The deadlines and hearing date previously set in Order No.33344 are
vacated and will be rescheduled in a separate Order.
