On May 21,2015,United Water Idaho Inc.filed a general rate case Application to
increase its rates and charges for water service effective June 22,2015.The Commission issued
a Notice of Application and Notice of Intervention Deadline.Order No.33316.The
Commission also suspended the requested increase in rates until December 22,2015.
Community Action Partnership Association of Idaho (CAPAI)petitioned to intervene,which the
Commission granted.Order No.33334.The parties have conferred and proposed a schedule to
process this matter,which the Commission now adopts.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission Staff will hold a public
workshop for customers of United Water on WEDNESDAY,AUGUST 19,2015,AT 7:00
P.I’.IN THE COMMISSION’S HEARING ROOM,472 WEST WASHIN:GTON
STREET,BOISE,IDAHO.The purpose of the workshop is to provide customers with an
overview of the Petition and to dispense information.At this workshop,customers will have an
opportunity to ask Staff questions about the Petition and how customers may further participate
in the proceeding.Representatives of the utilities will also be available.For those wishing to
participate by telephone,a separate Notice will follow with a call-in number and instructions.

hearing in this matter,on THURSDAY,NOVEMBER 19,2015,COMMENCING AT 9:30

IDAHO.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a public hearing will be held in this matter in
the affected service territory.The date,time,and location of the public hearing will be detailed
in a subsequent Order.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter will
be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA).Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to
participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the
Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.The
request for assistance must be received at least five (5)working days before the hearing by

direct and rebuttal testimony as set forth in the body of this Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a technical hearing will commence in this matter
on Thursday,November 19,2015,at 9:30 a.m.in the Commission’s Hearing Room.
