Dear Secretary Jean Jewel!,
I am writing regarding the agreement between United Water and the Brian
Subdivision Water Users Association “Agreementfor Connection and Transfer of
Water Systems Between United Water Idaho Inc.and Brian Subdivision Water Users
Association,Inc.”
I reside in the Brian Subdivision and am writing to encourage that the Idaho
Public Utilities Commission quickly approve this agreement.
The first phase of this work must be done when the irrigation canals are dry. Please
approve this agreement soon,so that work may commence this fall.If the decision is
delayed,it could easily be another year before we could receive clean drinking
water to our homes in the Brian Subdivision.
Our Water Users Association board of directors has been working diligently with
United Water to develop this agreement.Almost a year ago,our community
approved the decision to connect with United Water.
As a pregnant mother,I’m very concerned about any future delays in securing clean
drinking water.Please approve this agreement.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Miller

I live in Brian Subdivision and there is currently a request with the PUC and United Water for them to
furnish water through our system because ofexcess nitrates found in our water which is furnished by Brian
Subdivision Water Users Association,Inc.water company.
I strongly suggest that this request be approved so that we can move forward on having United Water take
over the system in order that we may again have drinkable water. The current situation is having a negative
effect on our property values as well as making difficult our daily lives.
Thank you for your assistance in this urgent matter.
