Show me the numbers on the property tax increase. Boise City has been decreasing property taxes . United Water increased contributions to pent ion funds to attract and retain employees while Idaho suffers a nine percent unemployment rate? Give me the phone number to the United Water economist so this economist can discuss this issue with him/her. Negotiations 101 : United Water asks for a 19% increase in rates. The PUC cuts the increase to 3 or 4% making the PUC heros and giving United Water what they really wanted all along. United water states that they are currently making 5.64%. That i s 5% more than the most of us are making after expenses. Hand United Water a rate decrease so the economic news of the day will become tangible to them, too. ¡ Thanks, Mike The form submitted on http://www . puc. idaho.gov/forms/ipucl/ipuc. html IP address is 75.167.147.139 --- - - - --- - -- - - - - - -- -- -- -- - - - - - - - -- -- i
