following change should be made to that Order:
Pages 2-3,Proposed Settlement Stipulation Section,Paragraph 2:
READS:
“The Stipulation proposes to spread the rate increase uniformly between theCompany’s customer charge and its commodity charges.Further,theStipulationprovidesthatUnitedWaterwillnotfileageneralratecasethatwouldresultinnewrateseffectivepriortoJanuary1,2014.”
SHOULD READ:
