On August 3,201 1,United Water Idaho Inc.filed an Application to increase its rates
and charges for water service to approximately 85,000 customers.United Water proposed to
increase its rates an overall average of 19.89%,resulting in an annual revenue increase of $7.6
million.On August 18,2011,the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Order
suspending the Company’s proposed effective date of September 2,2011 for the rate increase.
The Commission now issues this Procedural Order establishing a schedule for the processing of
the Company’s Application.
The following dates are approved as the schedule for filing testimony by the parties,
and for the technical hearing date:
Staff and Intervenor prefile testimony December 13,2011
United Water rebuttal testimony January 10,2012
Technical hearing February 1-2,2012
The Commission will issue a notice for the technical hearing and for a public hearing to be held
the same week.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above schedule is approved by the Commission
for processing of United Water’s Application in Case No.UWI-W-1 1-02.
