RE:ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER'S REQUEST TO APPROVE SCHEDULE 34 IN
COMPLIANCE WITH ORDER NO. 30248, CASE NO. PAC-07-
On January 4, 2007, Rocky Mountain Power filed an application with the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission seeking authority to decrease residential exchange credits passed through to qualified
customers due to a reduction in payments received by the Company from the Bonneville Power
Agency. On February 15, 2007 the Commission issued Order No. 30248 approving a decrease in
credits for qualified residential and small farm customers of Rocky Mountain Power. To implement
the authorized reduction, Rocky Mountain Power has submitted a revised tariff, Schedule 34 - Pacific
Northwest Electric Power Planning and Conservation Act Residential and Farm Kilowatt-Hour Credit
with an effective date of February 16, 2007.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the tariffs and finds they are in compliance with Commission Order No.
30248. Staff recommends the Commission approved the Rocky Mountain Power tariff as filed.
